-You understand that Single Life reserves the right to delete information supplied by yourself that Single Life see as unfit for public viewing including photographs.
-You will not use this site for any personal or commericial advertising to promote your own, your company's, or any other company's products or services through this web site, including sending junk mail or promoting other services offering meetings and relationships.

-You agree that Single Life is not and can not be held responsible for members actions, while all care is taken to ensure member's behave correctly.

-You understand that Single Life is not responsible for any breakdown of services, viruses or online services that may arise when using this service.
-You agree that all information which you give to Sigle Life which is not for display on your personal profile, such as name, e-mail address will be kept strictly confidential.
-You agree that you are not to attack, subvert, deny service to, prevent the use of, or alter any part of Single Life and you acknowledge that you shall pay such reasonable costs of the results of any such actions should you maliciously or deliberately do so, as well as punitive damages as determined by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia and/or the Commonwealth of Australia.
-You agree that Single Life, its agents or representatives may revoke membership and/or use of the services of Single Life at any time without notice or due cause on the grounds of perceived harm or offence to either Single Life or any member or group of members of Single Life.

Limitation of Liability
Subject to any responsibilities implied by law and which cannot be excluded, Single Life nor any of its directors, employees, servants or agents is liable to you for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and defence or settlement costs) whatsoever arising out of or referrable to the Content on this Web Site whether in contract, verbally, negligence, statue or otherwise.You agree and recognise that your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
Termination & Fees:
Single Life reserve the right to make changes to the look and feel and make charges or fees for any service we may provide with out notice from time to time such alterations to become operative from the date declared or in the case of existing users upon expiry of their current registration. There are currently no fees and no plans to install fees at this stage for using this site, members will be notified if this changes. Single Life reserves the right to block any user from using this site for any reason whatsoever at any time without warning or explanation.
